This movie could be much better, but instead it was preferred to copy the whole Batman style that was promoted a year before its release and hope that the audience would also appreciate this effort...I found "Dick Tracy" a very poor and flat movie nevertheless its great actors and by it I surely don't mean Madonna...!!!
