I think there was a soundtrack that had the score written by Danny elfman...And I love the animated backrounds in the movie....Colors look cool

I'm not sure, but I do know that Madonna has an album called 'I'm Breathless', with songs from the movie and inspired by the movie. 'Sooner or Later' is on it too. All the songs have this Dick Tracy like feel to it. All except for Vogue, that is.
